Katie’s culinary journey began early, influenced by family traditions and diverse travel experiences.

Her fondest memories were exploring Michelin star restaurants with the finest haute cuisines during family trips to Italy, Spain, and London. These experiences expanded her palate, sparking a lifelong love affair with elegant flavors and culinary creativity.

Voted best caterer in Fairfield Living Magazine, three years in a row, and catering for some of Westport’s most distinguished clientele, Katie brings memorable dining experiences & fine flavors to every event, making sure each meal is full of passion and great taste.

Katie’s Culinary Journey

Upon completing the Culinary Arts program at The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, Katie embarked on an enriching professional journey. She’s had the privilege of working at the esteemed culinary collective Abigail Kirsch at Tappan Hill, where she refined her craft and continued with a valuable experience at Aux Délices in Greenwich, further honing her skills and expanding her culinary expertise.
